We wanted this remodel to not only be beautiful but provide functional space for this family of 6.  Balancing the traditional style of the home with updated looks created a timeless look.

This project was a whole house renovation.  The kitchen is now up to date with a large island and pantry.  We chose a warm stain for the island  and hood to add some depth to the space.  The herringbone glass tile backsplash is a favorite of mine along with the amazing pendant lights.

This basement was a blank slate.  I created a vision for the clients and brought it to life.  Layering the textures of wood, brick and stone throughout the space made it a cohesive and inviting .

My clients bought this home and needed assistance with floor plan design and furnishings.  It is always my goal to make a home feel welcoming from the start.  I just adore the finished product and these special clients.

This new construction home by Arthur Rutenberg was designed by Jenny Guza of Knoxville, TN in cooperation with OP Jenkins furniture.  Each room was planned out with the owners tastes in mind and a traditional flare.

After the kitchen renovation was complete, I was hired to fully furnish this home.  We added beautiful window coverings, custom upholstery, a mix of wood tones and original art.

Nashville - Westhaven

Custom built Nashville home by Legend Homes and Jenny Guza Designs.  Features built in bunk beds in the bonus space upstairs.  The traditional pattern on the wallpaper adds a touch of elegance to the dining room.  We used Sherwin Williams Black Fox paint in the study with a custom fireplace surround in limestone. 

Knoxville - Choto area

This custom home was built to be as functional as it is beautiful.  The amazing screened porch has outdoor furnishings from Palecek.  The interior features Vanguard counter stools, a Restoration Hardware dining table and upholstery pieces rom Lee Industries and Robin Bruce.  The master Bedroom features a King bed from Brownstone furniture. The lighting from Visual comfort and Gabby create an inviting space for everyone to enjoy. 

Nashville - College Grove

Another amazing home by Legend Homes and Jenny Guza Designs located in The Grove community in College Grove, TN just south of Nashville.  All furnishings were hand selected to create a comfortable home with understated elegance.

This project was a complete remodel.  The kitchen and all bathrooms were gutted and rebuilt and a wall was removed between the kitchen the family room.   The black and white bathroom is  a show stopper.  The kitchen features white shaker cabinetry with quartz countertops and black hardware.
